CONRIC pr + marketing was contracted to craft a unique logo and design a website for Staci Stevens, a realtor aiming to define her personal brand and establish an online presence. Intrigued by the vibrant hues showcased in the works of a local painter, she desired to infuse those colors into her palette, capturing a coastal ambiance that resonated with her real estate ventures on an island and her ownership of a marina. I presented a variety of logo concepts, among which the seahorse embellished with vivid paint splatters emerged as the chosen emblem. The vibrant paint splats were also seamlessly integrated into the website design, complemented by hand-drawn icons that added an artistic touch.
Upon successfully acquiring, Castaways Island Rentals & Realty, the real estate agency she had long been affiliated with, she entrusted CONRIC with the task of rebranding it. Leveraging her strong connection to the original logo I had initially designed, she sought a seamless synergy between the rebranded agency and her personal brand. My strategic approach aimed to achieve this harmonious union by incorporating a harmonizing color scheme and introducing an octopus as the focal point for the revamped agency. In addition, I created supplementary logo marks employing diverse animal motifs, tailored to cater to the unique needs of her associates.
